昨日（12月4日）傍晚，乐山市井研县发生一起命案。该县研城中学12岁初一男生程某，因与同学吕某不和产生矛盾，被吕某用折叠刀捅刺身亡。目前，该案正在进一步侦查中。
据井研县警方通报，12月4日18时35分，警方接到报警，井研县研城镇东门新村有人受伤倒地。接警后，民警及120救护车立即赶赴现场。伤者经急救医生确认已经死亡，其脖子上有明显锐器伤。
经警方侦查，死者程某（男，12岁）与同班同学吕某（男，12岁）不和，当天下午放学后，吕某邀约王某（男13岁）、王某某（男，14岁）等二人将程某骗到东门新村旅社对面一小巷内后，吕某用随身携带的一把黑色折叠刀向程某脖子捅刺一刀后逃离现场。程某受伤后，步行至距离第一现场约200米处，倒地不起，最终死亡。
今日上午，成都商报记者在第一事发现场看到，小巷内仍然留有大滩血迹，一直延伸到外面大街上。据多位目击市民介绍，当时，程某被刺后一直沿着大街跑，后面有人还追了一段。程某捂着脖子走到200米远的下坡处，看到一辆白色小汽车随即拦停，并向司机求救，可能车里的人也被吓到了，但是拿了10元钱给伤者，让他自己去打出租车。不过，很快程某就倒在了车旁。
在井研警方的通报中，只是提到死者程某与行凶者吕某“不和”，并未说明具体原因。对此，程某的父亲告诉成都商报记者，根据警方的初步调查，前几天，程某摸了吕某的下体，引起吕某的不满，便买了折叠刀伺机报复，最终酿成惨剧。
事发后约两小时，民警将吕某、王某、王某某等三人抓获。现已对年满14岁的王某某采取了刑事拘留的强制措施。申博http://www.es988.com
