  Acting Alaska Department of Revenue Commissioner Angela Rodell announces the amount of the 2013 Alaska Permanent Fund dividend of $900 at a press conference in the Robert Atwood Building on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, in Anchorage, Alaska.
