被捕笨贼姓吴(23岁)，涉嫌“企图以欺骗手段取得财产”及“以欺骗手段取得财产”。
观塘总区重案组督察孙依琪表示，昨午1时许，观塘警署两名警官先后在办公室接获吴某来电，称其儿子因欠债而遭禁锢，要求缴付10万元港币赎款，两名警官没有理会便收线骗徒其后第三度来电警署，申博www.es988.com接听的警员随即假装受骗，部署将他拘捕。
