6月3日下午3点，一辆没挂牌照的白色跑车，飞驰在杭金衢高速公路金东段（杭州方向），不断超车。结果，行驶过鞋塘出口不远处，事故发生了。

接到报警后，高速交警赶到现场。

这是一辆崭新的GTR跑车，靠着护栏停在超车道上，前挡风玻璃破了个大洞，引擎盖连同发动机都已面目全非。

往前不远的硬路肩上，一辆白色三菱轿车，车尾严重变形，同样动弹不得。

驾驶GTR跑车的徐某，是永康人，24岁。事故发生时，跑车的车主也坐在车内。

徐某说，他和朋友从永康去上海玩，这辆GTR是在宁波新买的，牌照都没来得及上，“我就想试试，这辆跑车究竟能跑多快。”

一路过来，都挺顺的，突然，他们看到前面有辆白色三菱轿车，不时走“S”型路线，一路变换车道，不断超车。

徐某看得心痒，“他都能这么干，何况GTR。”

尽管沿途有不少“120km/h”的限速标志，但徐某早不放在眼里。他踩着油门从硬路肩超了几辆车，安然无恙。

徐某越发大胆起来，当他再次转进硬路肩，想超越前面一辆货车时，突然发现那辆三菱轿车也在这个车道上，而且速度并不快，而相邻的主车道上又有一辆货车。

“眼看马上要撞上那辆三菱车了，我看他（徐某）一踩刹车，马上往主车道打方向，但半个车头还是钻进了货车底下。”坐在后排的GTR车主事后告诉记者。

而开车的徐某也后悔不已，“我超车前没想到会有车在那里。”

由于车速较快，GTR凭着惯性斜向滑过两个车道，一头撞在了中央护栏上。

隔壁车道的货车被追尾后也失控了，往前撞上了在硬路肩上行驶的三菱，还好人没什么大碍，但车子伤得不轻。

“现在想来还是很后怕，买车花了150多万，修修得十多万吧，我记得当时速度应该是130码左右。”车主告诉记者。

高速交警认定：这起三车追尾事故，主要是因为徐某车速过快和遇到情况处理不当引起。还有，GTR和三菱车在硬路肩行驶也属违法行为，除了进行教育，各罚200元。

We deal in small average transactions so that is damaging since debit cards are used more frequently to pay for small transactions."

Other retailers that deal mostly in smalldollar amounts have also been impacted. DVDrental company Redbox announced last year it was raising rental prices from $1 to $1.20, citing "the recent increase in debit card interchange fees as a result of the Durbin Amendment."
