Thus our placement (as stated above) must mean that things external to the health care system芒聙聶s quality is a significant part of the cause. We count all low birthweight infant deaths as infant deaths. Do all other countries we are compared to do the same or do some call many of these deaths miscarriages. That would significantly alter our placement as far as infant mortality.
