So continuing along the harbourfront from the Art Museum takes me to the Maritime Museum’s modern, well set-out building. The permanent exhibition there tells the story of Iceland’s maritime history, and has plenty of interactive components to interest children (as well as some odd waxwork set-ups to amuse the adults).
